Their mere presence can curb voter fraud. I think this would be an outstanding idea. If you aren't illegal and committing voter fraud you should love the idea. If you are truly concerned about massive voter fraud despite the fact there is no evidence of it, there are other much better far less costly ways of fixing your concerns. It seems you are looking for ways to deprive citizens of their voting rights by making the exercise an intimidating affair for most people of color.
