But somehow that's a big Andy win. He doesn't address the net population emigration from California to other states. He doesn't disprove that businesses are leaving California in droves. It was in 2019. He calls a Census Bureau-produced and widely-acknowledged as more accurate measure of poverty "a lie". He ignores that it is actually recognized and written about by the likes of Forbes and The Economist among many, many others. In short, Andy will lie about anything just to argue.
