I thought it was the best the defense played all year considering the competition. The secondary played great especially. This was an ugly game with all the penalties. Despite how well MD played, JS was in a funk and didn’t resemble at all what we have seen up to this point. There is a dark cloud hanging over this good victory with what looks to be a serious injury to Murao. Epps also was injured prior to game. Teams as stacked as MD don't lay down to good, but clearly less talented teams, like JSerra, especially a week after suffering their first big loss in a loong time.
