Although Mandarich is considered one of the biggest bust in draft history, I view it a little differently. Yes, he did not meet the lofty status bestowed upon him by being the 2nd pick in the 1989 draft. But the guy did play seven seasons and even started all 16 games in 1997 for the Indianapolis Colts. They were both terrible. Side bar story, Ryan Leaf played in the flag football league I was in, the San Diego FFL when he was on IR. He was even featured on ESPN when the mocked the shit out of him when somebody sent them a vid of him playing in a league game. Dude got picked 4 times that game. hahaha.
