RedZone
http://www.bluejaystigers.com/1940s/1946.htm Jays Capture all Major State Titles in a Single Year "Everyone that has been raised in the Jesuit tradition is familiar with the legendary year of 1946. In that single calendar year, Jesuit captured the Louisiana State championships in Basketball, Track and Field, Baseball and finally Football. To make it even sweeter, they captured the American Legion State and World Series Titles. It is thought that perhaps no other major high school in America has ever equaled such a record in interscholastic athletics. The Jays had a great bunch of athletes and put them to very good use. Every first year student on Carrollton Avenue has had the experience of wandering down the school’s Hall of Champions and looking in awe at the 1946 photographs and trophies." Jesuit posted 3 OOS wins in 1946. Beating Pensacola, FL....Boys High, Atlanta.......AND........ding ding ding, Gonzaga, DC. 😄 I remember the old timers talking about that team in the barber shop a time or two growing up.... "A record local crowd of 42,000 football fans saw the veteran, hard-hitting Jesuit line and an equally hard-running backfield overwhelm Holy Cross, 32-0, at Tulane Stadium Saturday afternoon." RedZone
Back in the day there was no Archbishop Rummel, St Augustine, John Curtis and a slew of others here. They hadn't been born yet. Jesuit pretty much ruled the city in that time period racking up 7 state football championships......they wouldn't that get 8th state championship until 2014 when they beat John Curtis in the Dome 17-14.. 8 Jesuit (NO) 1933, 1940, 1941, 1943, 1946, 1953, 1960, 2014
MA Fan
New Bedford (MA) won an Eastern Mass "Super Bowl" in 1993-94 along with state titles in basketball, baseball, and boys' volleyball. Missed out on the track championship, which they won the preceding year and the following year.

sausmann9
if not mistaken, Parkview GA did something like this in either 2001 or 2002.
eaglesinsider
McDonogh's had a lot of good years recently but 2013-2014 really stands out. McDonogh football was undefeated MIAA champions (top 50 national ranking) and they won the MIAA in boys' soccer (top 5 national ranking), won boys' indoor and outdoor track and wrestling. On the girls' side they continued their winning streak that ran from 2009 to 2018 (197 games) and won their 6th consecutive IAAM and 5th consecutive national championship in lacrosse, won the IAAM in soccer (top 5 national ranking), basketball (top 25 national ranking), indoor (6th consecutive) and outdoor track (11th consecutive). So 1 national championship, 2 teams in the top 5, 1 top 25, 1 top 50 and 9 MIAA/IAAM championships. As far as total athletics dominance you'd be hard pressed to top what McDonogh has done since 2000: 57 MIAA Championships: 1 Basketball, 1 Cross Country, 6 Football, 3 Golf, 3 Indoor Track, 2 Lacrosse, 4 Outdoor Track, 9 Soccer, 2 Squash, 4 Swimming, 3 Water Polo, 9 Wrestling 76 IAAM Championships: 3 Basketball, 2 Cross Country, 5 Field Hockey, 1 Golf, 9 Indoor Track, 11 Lacrosse, 13 Outdoor Track, 7 Soccer, 4 Softball, 14 Swimming, 4 Tennis, 3 Volleyball 9 girls' lacrosse, 1 girls' soccer and 1 guys' lacrosse national championships since 2010. Both soccer teams ranked nationally in the top 5 numerous times. A top 50 ranking and a win over a top 25 team (Elder in 2014) in football. Individual national championships in track & field and wrestling. Over a dozen sent to Olympic trials for swimming and a handful for track. A 218-1 record in girls' lacrosse since 2009. The only sport they compete in in which they haven't won a championship this millennium is baseball and they just won their first baseball playoff game since 1999 this weekend so there's still a chance. RedZone
Jesuit (NOLA) did NOT lose a game in 1946 in the 4 major sports. That's pretty tough. Founded in 1847, Jesuit High School made its mark in Louisiana high school sports history 99 years later. In 1946, the Jesuit Blue Jays had four teams that won the state championship and went undefeated in their respective sports.
Nolebull813
In 1946, Pensacola went (4-5-1) and was largely uncompetitive that year. Classic Louisiana playing garbage panhandle teams. On the flip side, Jesuit won State Titles in 1953, and 1960 both years that Pensacola stomped their ass. Hell in 1960, Pensacola stomps State Champ Jesuit 19-7, then proceeds to limp to a 6-3-1 record
