Clemson has been slept on,  but they're probably the most complete team still. Not to mention the experience factor

Clemson's biggest challenge might simply be the lack of real competition they've faced so far. Their toughest competition all year is #24 Virginia for Pete's sake.  They'll be facing the biggest change in quality of competition by far.

Yes,  it will, but I think OSU's competition wasn't that great either(PSU, Wisconsin e.t.c) aren't anything special and OSU caught them at home with the exception being Michigan and Wisconsin last night(Which happened to be their toughest game)

Aside from LSU, the other two haven't faced a balanced offense with a good defense

The Playoff rankings are the worst version of the rankings IMO.   Why did Wisconsin get a better Bowl than Penn St?    Penn St lost to Minnesota (who is supposedly better than Illinois) and played OSU close in their one chance?

Wisconsin shouldnt have gotten a better bowl game than Penn state but isnt tbere tie in for every bowl game. Penn state I guess gete screwed because the big east is better than the big west.

Ohio State's competition was light years beyond Clemson's. Clemson faced a #24 Virginia who lost to Miami and Louisville and who had no wins at all to talk about.

The Buckeyes had five games against Top 25s (3 of which were against top 10s). All were higher ranked than Virginia. FYI, Wisco has passed for over 2,600 yards this year and has one of the top-ranked offenses and defenses in the country.

LSU faced Bama with a hobbled Tua and a Georgia team with an offense that was mediocre before Swift and Cager's injuries and losing Pickens for the first half.

Nobody said Clemson's schedule was as good as OSU's, but OSU's schedule wasn't very tough.

PSU and Wisconsin as signature wins at home yawn

Whose doesn't make you yawn?

Once you account for home games as you do and for injuries (ex. to Tua and Georgia's offensive stars) etc, you could even argue LSU's earns a yawn I guess.

Tua is hardly Bama. Bama would be the best team on either teams schedule with or without Tua.

That game was also at Tuscaloosa.  No win on OSU's schedule comes close.

Umm... no.

Bama is ranked #12 for a reason.  They played two ranked teams this year and lost to them both. What win of Bama's really impressed you?
