zulu1128
6 game regular season, with some kind of playoffs following. Glad the kids get to play.
HooverOutlaw
So you can have Pro and High school playing but no Ohio State.

Players and people associated with OSU want football to happen. However there is solidarity among the Big10 schools supporting the conference, even if individual schools are against the decision. In fact Nebraska came out after this decision was made and said they were going to try to play football on their own. They backed off on this threat but it caused a very bad public backlash against Nebraska and people were even calling for the Big10 to kick them out of the conference. zulu1128
Probably gonna end up being the death penalty for quite a few mid-lower tier B1G sports.

Maybe secretly that is what the Cobrollers were hoping for. Somehow, some way, that state is looking for ways to Make Nebraska Great Again. Is an 83 year old Tom Osborne too old to put his Riddell coaching shoes back on?

Which would have been the right course of action. If you join the BIG 10 and they vote 12-2 not to play and you ignore it and play games then they can do so outside of the conference for good. badrouter
Same question remains for Dewine as with other states: How will they react to the impending spikes in cases? If that will have no effect on his decision, you have massive moral questions to be raised. If the spikes cause him to shut it back down, it was stupid to green light them in the first place. Spikes in case numbers WILL occur.

Severino
Nope, guess not, Bishop Sycamore wanted too much money. Massillon boosters will pay for next week though.

ImAFan
I don’t even know who you are.... which means.... that you don’t know. But it wasn’t about money.... no team we play in Ohio is paying us money to play... no team!!!!! See... that’s the difference between me and you.... I know and y’all sit at your computer and assume. What’s funny is that you won’t question a IMG... you won’t question a Spire academy... but you want to question what Bishop Sycamore does. We have had our ups and downs, just like any other business. This is not about money, it’s about an opportunity for these kids. So wether you believe or not... our mission is not going to stop.... but again.... thank you for everyone’s concerns.... be blessed!!
