He wasn't the one who sent sick elderly into nursing homes which accounts for 55% of all deaths. Trump even offered help to each state but most refused. And you might ask why blue state statistics are so bad. the testing rate is the % that test positive not the total cases so no, doing more testing does not make our rate higher, it makes teh gross cases higher, very different Cuomo has been spectacular through this. If he were running the countries response the economy would be humming now because the out breaks would not have gotten so out of hand in TX, FL, LA....
