The scheduling Gods just haven't been very kind to Billy. The last 5 games on the Gators schedule are just plain brutal...... They literally were missing 16 starters and 29 scholarship players. Who gives a crap about how many players FSU didn't have in the Orange Bowl? We had guys playing on one leg against Bama in the SEC Championship. We got beat. It said nothing about either program other than Georgia had a bunch of guys that wanted to prove that they were number one even though they were never going to be number one. And, what's more, is that they'll be freshmen at FSU. Which means they won't play or even make significant progress towards playing. The rest of the roster consists of 20ish ranked recruiting classes. A bunch of 3-stars. Go look at how bad the 2022 class was. Holy moly. Four-stars in the portal? Like who? The guys they're getting are mostly a bunch of rejects. Verse, Coleman and Fiske were all the best players on their teams.
