All the Cali teams would stay in the first two tiers. No question about that.

None of the rest is important beyond the first two tiers, although I'm sure the 3rd tier is probably 50+ percent Cali too.

More like anyone in the state of Fla will be dragged down to Tier 5, but SJB stays at tier 2 cuz they are from CA.

Yeah, that's exactly what I said. xD

The token Ohio school is still tier 2 I'd imagine, and the lone Georgia school tier 3. Maybe with the falling of the Florida teams to tier 5 there will be some space freed up for some more NorCal teams.

The only Nor Cal team allowed above Tier 5 is DLS.  Period.

Ohio stays at Tier 2 because their guys don't give me a hard time about it.

Yeah exactly what I said again! Why do you keep repeating me verbatim like that?!

What about Folsom? You know you're itching to have them in tier 3.
