I AM IRONMAN
They usually show any concerns from the college level. Since he was number 1 rated in high school there's no reason to show a bad game...just the dominating ones. My nephew held his own against Gary. Brother, make the BNU proud! Scored a 9 on the wonderlick. Most have him going any from 15 to end of the first round.

Be honest ... he got mauled by Tommy Hutton all game .... don’t have to double team a guy who does like getting hit in the mouth .... praying Giants go no where near him ... would have his teammate chase winovich in the 2nd round .... get the motor

paladin4ever
Wonderlic test does not predict what kind of player you'll get. It's well known that Gary is dyslexic. He has worked extremely hard to overcome it and be able to maintain above a 3.0 GPA. Wonderlic requires you to answer 50 questions in 12 minutes. I think even those people without dyslexia would have trouble. Wonderlic will mean absolutely jack shit while he chases the quarterback.
paladin4ever
Some notable players who scored well below the average include: Darren Davis - 4 (Undrafted, later played Canadian Football)[38] Morris Claiborne – 4 (first-round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, lowest score ever known by an NFL player)[39] Mario Manningham – 6 (third-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft)[40] Frank Gore – 6 (third-round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft)[41] Vince Young - 6 (third overall pick of the 2006 NFL Draft, Young was re-administered the test the following day and scored a 16)[42][38] Tavon Austin – 7 (first-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft)[43] Terrelle Pryor – 7 (third-round pick in the 2011 NFL Supplemental Draft)[44] Carlos Hyde – 9 (second round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft)[45] Travis Henry – 9 (second-round pick in the 2001 NFL Draft)[46] Sebastian Janikowski - 9 (first round pick in the 2000 NFL Draft)[38] Charles Rogers – 10 (second overall pick in the 2003 NFL Draft)[43] Jeff George – 10 (first overall pick in the 1990 NFL Draft)[47][48] Darrelle Revis - 10 (first-round pick in the 2007 NFL Draft)[49] Keyshawn Johnson - 11 (first overall pick in the 1996 NFL Draft])[50] Cordarrelle Patterson – 11 (first-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft)[43] Ray Lewis – 13 (first-round pick in the 1996 NFL Draft, Hall of Fame inductee)[50] Simeon Rice - 13 (third overall pick in the 1996 NFL Draft)[50] Lamar Jackson - 13 (first-round pick of the 2018 NFL Draft)[51] Jim Kelly - 15 (first round pick in the 1983 NFL Draft, Hall of Fame inductee)[52] Donovan McNabb - 15 (second overall pick of the 1999 NFL Draft)[52] Just another useless test. Now they are back in the qb search tonight. And possibly next year depending on what happens tonight

Well Vince young turned out to be nothing. Manningham came and gone pretty quickly. Frank gore has had a nice career and is still playing. Is Pryor still in the league? I dont think so as far as I remember. Revis HOF keyshawn very nice career. Patterson is a 1 trick pony. Idk if janikowski will ever retire lol

Just like the combines...waste of time...just ask Tom Brady.

Always will be.

Mjd33
I expect Gary to fall Big time tonight. Shoulder surgery to be needed sometime during rookie year, 9 wonderlic score (not the end of the world for non QB) , and quite frankly the production wasn’t quite there at UM. Granted Michigan had him play inside a lot due to need which can explain lower sack #s.... but he jogged a lot, gave up on plays. The tape don’t lie. He never jumped off the screen to me. Williams at Bama did, Oliver at Houston did (when healthy), Bosa for sure did (when healthy), the Kentucky kid Allen made incredible plays. If I’m jets at 3 I trade back if Bosa not available (which I think is what they are planning on doing) and if giants try and trade for Rosen if Murray goes 1(although I think that time might of passed) or get the duke qb with 17th pick .... and hope he’s still there.
