All looks good, although I don’t understand the high ranking for Aledo, they’ve lost two high profile players while converse and hudson picked up a few high quality transfers from (duncanville from Bishop Dunne.). Dunne needs to drop out.

Whiteshoes.

  Nice job as always.

IMG looked really awful against Columbia and may not be as good as past years teams, at this time. Sure they may improve, I'm not sure I would rank them this high at this moment. Maybe rank them lower and let them work their way up.

They almost beat his 15th ranked team on the road. He has them in a good place.

Nice poll, whiteshoes. I’m still waiting on TX,LA, and NJ to get a game in before I unveil mine.

I really like ULab in LA and Allen, LT, N. Shore, Duncanville and Judson in TX. I think Hoover will have a good year. I like your placement of them.

Im not sure about my placement of AHP. I’m torn about their game this weekend with Carol City. Also, St. Ed and Mentor in OH. Those were my toughest choices in the Pick’em contest.

Good picks in Texas those are my favorites too.  Watch out for coppell too, they may upset the cart along the way.

Ed’s/Mentor, Hoban/Iggy games are big in Ohio

Cleve.com ranks them this way:

Mentor, Eds, Hoban, Iggy

When I look at Catholic-BR they look nothing like John Curtis, Destrehan, Zachary, Hahnville, and etc.

Catholic is coached pretty well and they do a lot of things right, but they do NOT belong in any poll just yet.

I know Catholic won a D1 State Title last year, but I promise you they won't win one this year..

Preseason or not IMG defense looked very bad

DL was out of shape and the DB's looked slow and out of postion

If they don't make adjustments quick they will take several losses this year

I would have IMG as a mid tier 2 team if i were doing sammy tiers so maybe somewhere between 12-20 nationally

Teams that go undefeated can wind up sneaking higher than teams that play a meatier schedule

and vice versa

and right now, the only reason MV, OLu, and MV are ranked ahead of Folsom is because they didn’t play DLS yet (or md or SJB)

They HAVE to drop

polls need to adjust to new facts and the fact is Columbia whipped them

I'm convinced that the IMG exhibition vs. Columbia was a #falseflag.  IMG is not going to show a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g. in a scrimmage.  Vanilla Vanilla is the word for the day.  Just wait until the real shooting starts.  Believe me The Stache was not duped and sent zero scouts.

Don't be surprised if Carol City gives them the business.   They have a legit aerial threat now which they were lacking last year.   They just put up 62 in their preseason game in tally.

There has never, ever been a team ranked so high after getting shut out in their opener.  Not ever.

Puleeezzz don't try to compare the devils schedule with OLU (which is also overranked substantially)

To put it in perspective, Bakersfield  is projected to beat 6 of the teams on the devils schedule.

Well for comparison they faced miami Carol City in a kickoff classic last season and IMG won with ease

I don't need to look at the playcalling, I could see through the effort on the field and IMG appeared out of shape specifically on the DL and managed a grand total of 2 sacks

In fact the number 1 ranked player in the nation got 1 sack that i could see and that was halfway through the 2nd quarter

Facts are preseason or not IMG got dominated on both sides of the ball even with all the d1 studs playing

Only a idiot would think this IMG team is at the level of 2015-2017 teams

It was obvious to anyone watching that IMG has some serious issues to fix

He makes a good point. Only teams from SoCal we can say for sure that would beat DLS in Concord would be SJB/MD. C10 would be coinflip. DLS would be favored against all the rest.

The devil will play two socal teams, one that was being touted by socal guys until they got on the devil’s schedule

now it’s like a bunch of rats fleeing a burning ship

then there’s your 1AA rep who will also be a top 10 socal team

Let’s  see how they donagainst those guys beforenpassing judgment

They have a trap game this weekend against a very good Jesuit team that’s capable of the win if folsom still sulking
