Great S.W. 4x100 the USA squad had 3 Texas kids including Boling.   another group of Texans right there busting sub 40.00.  I guess we are fast anywhere. I said Boling and crew could run a sub 39.  They ran a damn 39.05 faster HD time ever ran in U.S.  @Texasball. @Horsefly.  Texas kids are the only kids in America to run sub 40.00.  Texas 💪 hands down fastest kids in America The clock doesn't lie.  Yes Jamaica can get it too.  🤣

She’s an Olympic hopeful for sure.  The gold medal time at the ‘16 olympics was 10.71

Texas kids showed out today.  39.05 at Great S.W. Notice the Arkansas kid says he never ran with kids this fast before.  😆 3 Tex and 1 Ark kid.  Nothing  like this in Arkansas.

HS Boys 400m Elite -- Justin Robinson 44.84

332701

Justin Robinson was waiting for the right time.

And Saturday proved to be the perfect moment for the Hazelwood West (MO) High School junior.

Robinson was absolutely incredible over 400 meters at The Great Southwest Classic, clocking a No. 2 all-time high school mark of 44.84 seconds, which solidified a new meet record and put Robinson, the New Balance Nationals Indoor champion at the distance, into the driver's seat toward a potential new national record.

"I was just trying to hold on for the last 10 meters and finish things strong," he said. "I really didn't know how fast I ran until I passed the finish line."

Robinson bypassed 45 seconds entirely, going from a previous outdoor personal best of 46.20 seconds to 44.84. His previous best 400m times in 2019 were 46.22 and 46.30.

Great S.W. 4x100

Texas A had a terrible handoff on 2nd leg and still ran a damn 39.86 chasing other Texas kids.   39.02 Boling.  That stacked team with the other 3 Texas kids would have been pushed real hard Team Texas terrible handoff.   Those other States Stacked teams would get smoked in Texas by regular HS Teams 🤘

@954gator FL kid was right there and then Boling made him blow a gasket.  I kid I kid.   That would have been epic if that Hamstring would have held up.  This is why Texas and Florida should do a dual meet after the Season.  imagine a 4x100 with hybrid Tx and Fl kids after the year.

Man that cramp looked like it hurt.    Dude had to not be right shit he's from FL and he's cramping in TX??  C'mon man!

17 year old junior from MO, Justin Robinson, ripped a 46.22 at the Arcadia Invitational and takes the 400 lead with Zach Larrier from Cali now #2 with 46.49 https://247sports.com/player/zach-larrier-46052204/

Marcellus Moore from Illinois, 10.36 #3  100 and 20.89 #4 200 (both wind legal).

Forgot Micah Williams  at the Arcadia Invitational (he's from Oregon)

100: 10.49  and 200 21.03  (-1.0)

Justin Robinson had a fast indoor rip as per above, but  wow a 44.84 last night for the junior!   That’s the meet highlight right there.   The guy never ran a sub 46 outdoors before this altitude enhanced meet.

Best view you’ll see.  Banks ran a PR 10.26 last year at this race, finishing 2nd to Anthony Schwartz, who ran a wind legal 10.09.

Trentavis Friday can rest easy it seems at 10 flat.

Too bad that hammie snapped that kid was digging and him and Boling together might have hit 10 flat.  Regardless there were some fast kids in that 100m race incliding the Arkansas kid and those other Tx kids.
