IMO...Nobody ranks teams with one eye on the remaining scheduled games than Whiteshoes.  LOL.  LAZY polling.

Outside of the Top 15 (which was pretty on point).  There is simply no other explanation for some of these placements.

Hard to tell if you’re being critical or not

or, how you Devine that @whiteshoes is even remotely considering remaining schedule (examples would be nice)

i, for one, think no one puts out a better National hsfb top 100

it ain’t perfect but it’s better than anyone else’s that puts one out there, right?

If anything, his remaining schedule may have kept SJB #2 — counting the fact that they are capable of beating MD at least once in 2 tries more than a bad performance for them against a young, scrappy Servite team that just isn’t a team that ought to be pressing a Tier 1 team yet

Thanks.  It is really hard work but I enjoy it.    I think he is referring to my statement on Buford, Georgia where I indicated that Buford has completed the toughest part of their schedule and should win out.   If they did, they most likely would end up in my final poll.   That statement was based on the fact that they were just outside the poll and the expectation that some teams in the poll would lose games in the future.   Heck, if I could see the future I would not be here on this website but lounging on a beach somewhere.   LOL!!

Whoa, whoa, whoa! That’s nonsense! 🤣

Seriously, I always enjoy his poll. We have similar polls with only some subtle differences. Good job as always.

Ahh — got it

well, you did leave yourself open a bit for some challenges thinking but knowing what a pollster is thinking is part of the fun

some guys want to ID beat team, period.  Usually based on paper talent, which is a slippery slope.   Losses are starting to matter less when teams play MANY top 25 national type teams.  Pre-season is most important time of year for these guys As that’s when top teams play each other most

some guys want to ID the team that accomplished the most and there’s very little tolerance for losses when you have hundreds of undefeated teams to consider .  Post-season is most important time of year for these guys.

most use some combination of factors

all is ok, but all is subject to critique if you’re going to share your thinking

@whiteshoes @Omaha Vol You two get a lot of heat for putting out polls every week but I want to thank you for putting in the time and effort to do so. Obviously not everyone is going to agree with your rankings especially when individuals have their own teams and leagues they feel should be ranked higher. It takes a lot of balls to put yourself out there with actual rankings of 1-100. This is the exact opposite of "lazy". Keep up the good fight gentlemen.

Whiteshoes,

Over-all your best poll.......although i think that Muskegon is still too high as are the 2 IL teams.

Is the Guru sleeping ?????? Is he in a coma ??  Make Guru likeee the poll......Nah !!

Have been tinkering with all the teams you mentioned.    The Midwest is really down this year and that includes Ohio.    Ohio is the strongest, as usual, but even they do not have that "power" team that usually is head and shoulders above all the others.   Just don't see that this year.

Haven't  had that in awhile. Colerain last year  is the closest we've had to a really strong top team since 2010. Possibly 2014 St. Edward and LaSalle

I don't get that logic.

@whiteshoes  Was is your reasoning for having Folsom so high.

They got blown out by DLS

They squeeked by Oak Ridge and Rocklin.

Are you just being lazy and not looking into details such as above?

How are they ahead of Cen10 and Servite at this point?

"Squeeked" by Rocklin by 22 and beat an undefeated Oak Ridge team on the road and played within 15 of the 13th ranked team in the country.    That's my reasoning.

Rocklin was leading the game until their Best Player (RB) was injured... He was gashing Folsom’s slow and undersized Defense...

DLS was ahead 42-14 in the 4th Quarter and the game was never in doubt....

Oak Ridge is a 3-2 Team.... Not Undefeated....

Both Servite and Cen10 would beat Folsom by 2 scores...

Since Servite has played better competition then Folsom and lost by 1 to the #2 Team in the country, how can you not Rank Servite ahead of Folsom?....

Based on your logic they have a “Better Resume”....

Oak Ridge win= ND win

SJB loss Better then DLS Loss

Since Folsom has no other Opponent = BG we throw that one out....

I say Servite should be 45.... Or you could put Folsom around 80 which would sound about right....

Stop asking for his reasoning. There is none.

Nobody who puts out their own top 100 is a reasonable person.

It's ironic that the two buffoons who put out their own polls on this site are, perhaps, the worst at explaining themselves or defending their picks.

His last post just proves that he doesn't actually watch the games or do any real concrete evaluations.

You didn't even watch the game. No other team is going to even come close to Folsom-DLS score until the Open.

Riiiight. A team whose biggest accomplishment the past decade is a close loss & a team who lost to a  team from San Diego is going to beat Folsom by 2 scores.... You think Servite and Cen10 are as good as DLS I'm guessing?

Ever heard of the word fluke?

Do you also think that last season Buchanan was almost as good as DLS?

Notre Dame just got destroyed by Chaminade 😂.

Chaminade got beat by Paraclete.

Paraclete got beat by 2 norcal teams..

Whitney, who is a bottom feeder in Folsom's league beat the living shit out of Paraclete.

Oak Ridge is miles better than Notre Dame.

Yup. This makes sense. Let's throw out the game that Servite gets humbled.
