There's a handful of hsfb teams in the world that would win all those games let alone have the balls to schedule those teams. Plus they have multiple wins vs Top 40 teams. Give credit where credit is due. Balls are good for getting kicked in. Credit for that! I've been kicked in mine when I was being a dumb ass before too! HawgGoneIt
Win one. Win vs. #56. Win vs. #1 or 6 or 16. Otherwise... credit for looking ok, being oversold and losing all 4.

That's better than 99.9% of the hsfb teams in America. Challenges breed long-term success. Long term on this season was oversold. Maybe next year. Once half the team has graduated and it's a totally different squad? Nah. Not buying. There's some stuff that equals "long term" success. It all depends on what one considers long term success with a kid at the high school level. No offense but selling a team that loses almost as much as they win on a season as some great thing is not what I consider long term success for the kids on that team. It may be good for the team "brand" and all, kids be damned, right?

They could've scheduled six guaranteed wins and would be Top 5 in the USA tonight. But that's the poor man's path to success. Haters gonna hate. Future leaders are built by these tough schedules!! Future leaders are built by tough schedules... Hahahaha. Alright bro. Agree to disagree. Kids like these are more likely your future leaders... They didn't play any tough schedule that involved a ton of advertising dollars and/or a bunch of hype on a message board. They went to school and actually were leaders. They didn't sport any Marine Corps. patch sewn onto their football uniform as if they are somehow equal to or affiliated with or play in a virtually meaningless game called the Freedom Bowl by some promotor trying to scrape a buck off of some parents. They actually went quietly and put in the work of a leader behind the scenes. Tough football schedules make leaders. Alright. Hahaha.
The Guru
Anybody that watched this game want to disagree with my analysis of Gonzaga? On 10/20/2019 at 11:18 AM, The Guru said: They're OK. They usually have big, well-coached offensive lines. They usually have a decent QB. Their skill talent is mediocre. Stop putting these teams on a pedestal.

Spot on with the OL. The QB is top 3 at the position on a national scale. Correct about the skills. They are better than just ok. Top 50 team in the country doesn’t = ok. 1
