I'm sure this sounded pretty savage in your head as you were typing it lol.

You're a little more unglued than usual today. Everything okay? 😂

Guess it's a good thing that you're an underpaid unemployment clerk instead of a prosecutor. 🤣

Oh shit, now I’m triggered.... you wanna talk prosecutorial misconduct?

You missed the "reaching the car" part.

This is always the line by people like you. Always.

There's never a case where police overreacted and shot an unarmed man 7 times. There's always some "he was high!" or "he was reaching!"

You've never encountered a single case that made you say otherwise.

That's a you problem.

Actually, one was from Kenosha and the other was from Silver Lake.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/27/us/kenosha-wisconsin-shooting-suspect/index.html

The victims in the shooting incident Tuesday night were identified as a 26-year-old from Silver Lake, Wisconsin, and a 36-year-old from Kenosha.

Both in Kenosha County.

Oops.

The one being discussed - the one with the gun - is not.

So Andy changes the topic and claims a victory.

Oh, and BTW, Silver Lake is... 20 miles from Kenosha!

🤣

Dumbass.

Id bet you all the money I have that he was told probably no less than 10 times to stop and get on the ground. Why didnt he do it?

I don't know.

So you must think the punishment for failing to follow a verbal order should be 7 gunshots in the back and being permanently paralyzed.

Cool.

Why can't you just say that?

People tend to mention those things when it is known that someone was, in fact, high or was, in fact, reaching.

Except you apparently.  When the facts suck for your narrative.

My notions are based on experience, and nothing else, including being shot because I hesitated.

Just how frightened would you have to be with the subject having their back turned towards you?

There was no weapon present then. And firing a weapon towards the subject with others in the vehicle?

I am no LEO, I defer to you on that but doesn’t it strike you as questionable?

See, you keep clowning. Unlike you, Ive actually sat on the witness stand in cases involving shootings, and told the truth.

You really should stop acting like a generalizing bitch.

An experience that has led you to side with the police killing unarmed people 100% of the time.

I've met plenty of people like you.

As long as an officer gives an order and it's not obeyed, no matter what it is, that officer is justified in shooting and killing that person.

No brain power necessary. Full stop.

And.... Honest Andy neglects to mention the warrant for sexual assault, the resisting arrest, reaching in the car where he had a weapon...

Andy could make Hitler sound like a gem and feel honest about it. He'd just leave out the pesky war and Holocaust parts...

Did the PO KNOW there wasnt a weapon in the car? Did the PO tell him to not go in the car?

Being shot 7 times is an issue. I concede that 100%, but being a dumbass and reaching in a vehicle in that situation may get you shot. Its a fact, and the PO had the legal right to use deadly force. Like I said, 7 times is excessive. A well placed double tap usually suffices.

In other words, according to concha, "nearby" Kenosha.

A kid who had never killed anyone took his gun to help defend property in a nearby town being destroyed by criminals, and was viciously assaulted and forced to defend himself.

The difference is that both victims lived in Kenosha County.

This pipsqueak didn't.

But "nearby"!

These cops were incompetent buffoons.

They let the guy walk away and around his car with seemingly little urgency except verbal instructions.

Then they shot him 7 times from close range.

Complete morons.

Wow.

Should I give you credit for not lying like a lot of them do?

What kind of sentence is this?

You think the cops are always justified in shooting unarmed people. We get it.

Why can't you just admit it?

Whoops.

So their "community"

No whoops at all on my part.

You made an assumption about the one guy and were wrong. 🤡

Now you're flailing about changing the topic.

And you've been bleating about a 20 mile drive but now that a victim was from as far (actually slightly farther) away, it's a community thing.  🤡

Silver Lake and Antioch, where the kid is from, are 8 miles apart. 15 minutes.

💩

🤣

So your entire premise is now based on living in the same county now that the 20-mile schtick ended up being a face plant for you.

This just gets better and better.

LMAO
