The punishment for being a violent person with a sexual assault warrant who resists arrest, ignores lawful orders and reaches into a car to maybe grab a weapon is that the cop might shoot you. That's why you shouldn't sexually assault people, resist arrest, ignore cops after resisting arrest, or seconds thereafter reach into a vehicle when the cops are yelling for you to stop.
