It's ironic that his first season at Westlake was the one where they traveled to Florida and got walloped by no-resource-having Deerfield Beach.

Same year Deerfield Beach beat Buford, which makes the irony a bit richer - Buford: the GA dynasty program with incredible facilities and amazing booster support.

But they took an L in Georgia to the definition of a disorganized yet highly talented FL team.

Not like Buford sucked (in their class) that year either, they won 10 games and lost by 3 in the playoffs to the eventual 5A State Champion, Bainbridge. And while that Bainbridge team was pretty lame with 5 losses, one of those was to the FL North version of Deerfield Beach...Tallahassee Lincoln (Lincoln went 7-5 that year).

To add a chain-game result:

Lincoln 28 - Bainbridge 6

Edgewater 35 - Lincoln 14

Lakeland 56 - Edgewater 21

Even in regards to his own team, Westlakes worst loss (of the 3) was to DFB.

DFB 41 - Westlake 16

Lowndes 24 - Westlake 0

Grayson 21 - Westlake 16

Back in FL, Deerfield Beach got beaten down by STA (38-6 and Columbus 49-21).

GA's top level is as good as any in the country, their second level is also incredibly good. After that...meh.

This Westlake coach seems to be a bit of an idiot.

Does Georgia have a CB in the league better than Patrick Peterson? A DT better than Geno Atkins? A LB better than Lavonte David? OLs better than the Pouncey's? DLs better than the Bosa's?

Florida has great NFL players, period.

Does GA have a better QB than league MVP, Lamar Jackson? - from Boynton Beach, FL

Are you saying that GA and FL are inferior to Washington DC, Alabama, and LA in high school football?

Nope, Im disputing the fact that just because more NFL players come from FL, its just because FL has superior HS football than anyone else. Doesnt take a mathematician to know FL has a population twice that of GA. They should have more NFL players.

You saying something is quite different than you proving something.

I bet you'll come at with attendance, stadiums, facilities and uniforms.

Oh, and you have proven what exactly? I agree FL has more talented players on avg than GA, I said so from my first post. I stated based on my experience in both states GA has better over-all programs than FL. My opinion.

What is your experience-

Here's an interesting stat that was done based on birth estimates from the census bureau.

Conclusion: Florida is elite based on both volume and ratio.

So does New York.

They don't have more NFL players than Georgia.

Wonder why?

🤷‍♂️

No, GA puts MORE kids in NFL per capita. I just showed you that fact. No disputing that.

Read the link.

There are many ways to do ratios. Some are more accurate than others.

Per capita is one but it's imperfect based on demographics.

Alabama also has more kids per capita than Florida. Must be better then, huh?

Oh, no?

Oh, I see that you even disagree yourself.

Thank you for finally admitting that it was your opinion and not supported in any way.

My opinion on what I actually stated (not what you made up)  is based on my experience in those 2 states. What is your experience other than counting how many FL players are on a NFL roster, most third graders can do that.
