House will flip to the GOP

Media had been hyping Democrats having a chance to keep the House over the weekend, but that hope has vanished.  Winning 2 seats in Arizona tonight (the GOP flipped 2 House seats there this year) and another seat in NY, the GOP has 217 seats.  With good leads in 4 other California seats and now favored in Colorado 3, the GOP could end up at 222 - a working margin of 4.

Yep. The Republicans have 217 seats, and they lead in three California seats, (and are close in two others) and lead in my district in Colorado. The Dems hate Lauren Boebert, and they were celebrating early when she was behind to scumbag Frisch, but now she leads by 1122 votes with 99% of the votes counted. That means there are about 3230 votes still to be counted. Even if Frisch gets 60% of those, he only gains 646 votes. While a recount is a possibility after a review, he can't gain enough to catch her. Recounts usually only change 10 or twenty votes or so.

So Nancy Pelosi gets fired, the Republicans will control the money, and won't be funding Biden's agenda, or the green new deal nonsense, (and will cut off the funding for 87,000 new IRS agents). It all stops now.

It's not a red wave, but I'll take it. We win the House, the Senate is unchanged if we win the Georgia runoff, and our only loss was 2 governors. We didn't get the wave, but we still defeated the Democrats in this election.

There are no final wins or losses in politics.  Elections are followed by another one.  Democrats won most of the toss up races this time, but many of those same seats will be vulnerable in the next election.  And now the Democrats can’t force Biden out - if he wants it, he will be the nominee.  The GOP is about to deal with Trump, the Democrats have a fracturing coalition that they were able to paper over in this election.

Realistically, they did have a chance. We know the Senate is what they really wanted.

On the other hand, Repubes don't get to legislate. No bills passed. No credit for accomplishing anything on behalf of their constituents. That bodes well for the Dems in '24 if the Repubes get nothing done.

The Red Tide.....turns into a ripple. I smell a conspiracy (Clown Nolebull). Late, late results, they cheated (Big Orange Baby). Now consider this my moron conservatives : Joe's been in Washington for nearly 50 yrs. He knows "PORK."  With that slim "House" margin who comes over to the "Good Guys" when needed and gets his district a VA clinic/hospital, new bridge, water system, EPA clean up site, NASA foothold, a dam, highway, military complex, JOBS, ect, ect. Welcome to the real world......momma's boys.

the sad thing is I believe most Republicans voters are more interested in having hearings on Hunter Biden then they are about passing legislation....and it looks like the Republicans want to go down that road...with nothing to show their voters 2 years from now....not smart.

Lol. Hearings? Man classic democrat. Do shit for years and years and years and then when the other side does it, pretend you never did it at all and accuse them of sabotage and inefficiency.

Hillary Clinton went on every single media outlet and even wrote a book about her denying the election, and when Trump does it 4 years later, you label him an election denier. And you completely ignore her and most dems in leadership denied the results. Remember the #NotMyPresident hashtag?

Republicans will pass laws and the dem senate will stall it, then accuse the house republicans of getting nothing done.

Did the average American want some 1/6 fake hearing about a few red necks who broke the law and were held accountable?

Did they want a 2 year $30 million dollar witch hunt that did nothing but waste everyone’s time?

Now: “Republicans better not investigate whether or not Hunter Biden was using his dads office to money launder and commit corruption. The American people don’t want that
