Detroit's Backyard University is now 3-2 vs Alabama all time... ? (Gotta double check) This would make them 1 of 2 Big 10 teams with a winning record vs Alabama... pied Posted January 2 Report Share Posted January 2 Figured we’d have trouble with our secondary vs. their passing game, but wasn’t expecting an all timer from Penix and those guys lol. They played tremendous and deserved the win for sure. We had no business being in it at the end and if we won it would be the ultimate smash and grab(to borrow a soccer phrase). The last 15 seconds will haunt those guys all off season, but we probably didn’t deserve a chance the way Washington played.
