Since these schools are unable to go out and get who they need to fill positions... ahem... I meant to say, unable to accept kids from other areas that just magically show up on their doorsteps... They have a need for some easier games in order to develop their younger players for the next season. It's almost a necessity. Guyer's O isn't going to always score 50 (Though they scored 55 tonight lol). Then again Guyer has played the stronger schedule of the two teams. And if Cobbs keeps running for 200+ and 2-3 TDs every game to open things up for Stowers (who is a faster version of King and is currently completing 70% of his passes) well...sky is the limit. He’s a 3 yr starter, his cred wasn’t established last night nor will it be tarnished from last night Every team at all levels have bad games or is it just TX HS are expected to perform flawlessly?
