HooverOutlaw
Per the Phil Jones show kids are moving in by the bus load. They even said 4 star qb Aaron McLaughlin had been talked about transferring in. Not while at Hoover or Colquitt did Rush have players talking about transferring in like this. Remember now days kids are not loyal. Example Alabama having players from all over nation playing in Tuscaloosa are looking for Saban to get them to the pros. In the 90s or before kids born instate were going to their instate schools because of a dream. Same as these kids going from school to school in high school. Not loyal to the school but what can you do for me now. Hoover lost a DB to Thompson last year. That's hs sports now days. 1

Was an Auburn commit, now a NC State commit. Next up the WAC or Big Sky.... Third school in four years if this transpires. bgw

It kills competition and I definitely hate it for Georgia. You end up looking like cali with 2 all star teams and nothing else in a entire state. I haven't heard of any of the top players from Lowndes camden or tuft transferring. Im sure none from Lowndes will leave we still hold on to our pride and tradition. That's why south Georgia and north Ga don't get along. The north glorifies cheating in our eyes and the north hates how successful we are without putting together all star teams. I got a nephew rising 9th grade that's expected to start or at least play varsity as a freshman and cats fans have been calling all week trying to get me to let him go to Valdosta but he will be a Viking. 1

HawgGoneIt
Rush's system requires a special type of qb. I'll be interested to see if someone moves in to fill the role or if they manage with the rising kid. Definitely needs to be a game manager type. Smart kids that don't throw ints and run the system perfect.

Even with guys transferring to Dosta, there's still several teams in 6A who are state title contenders. Then you still have the blue bloods of 7A and 5A. Valdosta is definitely the favorite, but I highly doubt anyone is ready to call them the best team in the state.....mainly because they don't play in the largest class.

Go play on the Lowndes Facebook page, you’re clueless. Mother of God and you believe this drivel, it’s more about you than what’s right for the kids. Ex: 90s "Hot-List" included the likes of: The Florida Trio Colorado Nebraska Cupcake-U(Kansas State) Just to list a couple... Where are these schools now?
