DevilDog
More for the best HS Football States to argue over. So I am sure this will get interesting too 🤣 Six of eight remaining playoff signal-callers from either Golden or Longhorn states. NFL playoffs: Patrick Mahomes vs. Josh Allen showdown highlights Texas-California quarterback rivalry - MaxPreps The bragging rights of Texas and California continue to mount this weekend with the NFL playoffs. The two states boast three native quarterbacks each as four games will determine the finalists for the NFC and AFC championship games. The two states have traditionally featured the game's top players in the sport's premier position. Entering the 2021 season, 13 of the 30 NFL teams started quarterbacks who prepped in either Texas (seven) or California (six).
Gametyme
Derek Carr did play 1 or 2 years at Ft Bend Clements in Tx when his brother played for the Texans. Just for clarification lol
Texasball
Some very good QB’s got beat this week. I can’t remember the last time the Divisional round had so many big time QB’s battling head up!

Jimmy G sure didn't beat the packers.

Now Take Stafford and Mahomes away and give me a dissertation of the Rams and Chiefs without them. They sure can lose one by themselves. Ask Tannehill. Stafford dropped 2 dimes on that last drive. And Well Beast Texas 😁

Brady was under constant pressure and his Wrs were blanketed.

Exactly, the niners doubled Adams and got pressure just rushing 4 guys. The packers need more than Adams on offense outside to win.

The Colonel
He’s a joke. Doesn’t know football. He once said an NFL team (I forget which one) should have kicked the field goal on 3rd down so they could have had another chance in case the kicker didn’t make it. So the fact that nobody ever thinks highly of them is the only reason they're #1 on this list. It's somewhat like being the tallest midget. RedZone
All bullshit aside. California puts out the best NFL QBs though, in my opinion... Louisiana QBs have won 9 Super Bowls which probably ranks 2 or 3rd All Time, but the Bayou is far from a QB Factory. If the Cowboys and Dak can ever get their shit together maybe Louisiana can add a couple more Super Bowl wins. I'm losing faith in Dak honestly...
