If they had been used as credits to someone like Obama they would've produced laughter and snark. Black unemployment was already going down and would've reached such levels naturally. In other words, there's nothing Trump did to make more black people get employment. It's complete nonsense. David Duke could've won in 2016 and black unemployment would've dropped to historic lows.
