Caj ... I was watching a ULab game yesterday, as Im trying to count the # of starters from all the nationally relevant teams this year...

For ULab I have either 8 or 9 starters returning on O, and 8 returning on D.

Does that sound right or do you have another #?

For BR-Catholic, 8 on O, 4 on D.

For Zachary, 7 on O, 4 on D.

I need the # of returning starters for Warren Easton, Edna Karr, De La Salle, Destrehan, & West Monroe... Would you possibly have those #s so I dont have to watch a shitload more games?

ULab should be special this year, loads of talent.

They return 17 and 15 of them of have some sort of next level offer.

I don't make it up, just report it.

Alabama will probably win a MNC this season.

I suppose Clemson could...or some probability that Georgia could....

But the odds hafta be with Bama.

Rufus>>

with 6 or 7 starters from Louisiana > Alabama is a good bet. ☺️

Baton Rouge newspaper on 2018 Zachary.

Zachary vs UHigh is one of the games of the year in Louisiana this year.

Target acquired

This summer is a little different than the last time Zachary left the Mercedes-Benz Superdome with a state title.

Expectations were low in the summer of 2016 with Broncos quarterback Lindsey Scott gone along with the several starters that carried the team to its first championship.

That is far from the case now.

Breakout star Keilon Brown is back under center after leading the program to a state championship last season as a sophomore. He’s joined by eight returning starters on each side of the ball.

Coach David Brewerton doesn’t anticipate catching many opponents off guard this time around.

“This is different because we did win a title and we have so many guys returning,” Brewerton said. “Yeah, I feel like the bullseye is pretty big there.”

Brown played the last two of four games Wednesday, but was productive once he stepped on the field. He completed 23 of his 40 passes for 345 yards and six touchdowns in the pair of 25-minute games against Dutchtown and Scotlandville.

Brown is aware of the added challenges this season will pose and prepared to take them head on.

“We’re looking a little shaky right now,” Brown said. “But we have to just let it progress and we’ll be all right.”

Caj, what are your games to watch in predistrict, will they be on the net or tv?

If a Trinity league team wins the MNC again, certain posters will become insufferable.

When the number 2 Trinity League and national top 5 team gets their skirt lifted by a team not even in their own state's top 10 you have to question the validity about said league.

National top 5 SJB gets ripped a new one against STA. In return STA gets the doors blown off by a first round loser.

It took a once in a lifetime recruiting effort to field a competent team to compete on a national scale.

Only Californians think their product is upper echelon. The rest of the country just points and laughs and lets them have their made up California computer title. lol

Who’s your highest nj team? BC or sjr ?

BC

I havent ranked SJR yet, as Im still trying to get the # of returning starters from a lot of teams... But BC will be the more highly ranked team in my poll.

They'll be neck & neck for #1 in NJ. Wouldnt surprise me if I was wrong.

LOL.  So sad.  The only relevant words in your post were "number 2 Trinity League and national Top 5 team".
