Not that it makes much difference at all when the temp is over 105. I think 105+ is about equal to our 93 and humidity as far as the "feels like" scale they like to show us. I've been watching the news where they're complaining about 93-95 all across the country. I just laugh and think, normal day in Georgia. Anyway... 116 is pretty wicked.
