TheRealCAJ
St. Xavier, Ohio beat Indy Cathedral last year 34-29....in the last minute basically. This group of teams need to play some Spice and Southern squads. They just don't look that much different to what we have in the NOLA Catholic League let alone the entire state of Louisiana. From that it sounds like they couldn't play teams more than 300 miles from the state line away even if the game was played in Indiana. Not clear whether they are referring to straight-line distance or road distance. 300 miles by road from the southern state line can get you into Alabama or Mississippi.

Nolebull813
That is all correct. No high profile team from outside the Midwest area can ever play an Indiana team. Not even in Indiana. I believe Michigan has the same rules but I'm sure of the mile amount.
Nolebull813
This list of oos teams is better than the entire list of Georgia against oos teams in 2017. Prove me wrong. Lol.

BigDrop
Doesn't Ohio have a 300 mile limit from the state line? I remember something about this when Iggy played Berwick in '97 or so.

They can host teams from anywhere though.

No, one all teams can travel anywhere as long as a contiguous bordering state otherwise one game a year traveling not bound by this ridiculous rule. unlike Indiana any team outside Ohio as far as they are can show inOhio and get their ASS kicked in LOL ? Bring it on!

No. Indiana teams are forbidden to play against any teams, home or away, which are more than 300 miles from our border. Keep in mind that the Hoosier state measures progress with a sun dial.
