ChimpGrip
To start off, 2012 and 15 Katy, 2008 and 09 LT, and 2010 STA.

HooverOutlaw
IMG all 3 times Hoover played them. St John's DC. All four were loaded with 3,4 and 5 rated players.
Wildcat3
Cant remember a whole lot about the D line. But, the 78’ Valdosta Wildcats gave up a total of 6 touchdowns and no field goals in 15 games.
ngdawg
I'd have to go with 2019 Lowndes. But I'm only picking from the games I've seen in person the past few years.
MD87
MD 2017. Faced 8 teams that cracked the national Top 25 at some point during that season. And never trailed. Not for a second. Nate Logoleo was a freakin beast. 3-star (if he was taller than 5'11", who knows). School-record 17 sacks, first team all-CIF. Cal-Hi first team all-state defense. MaxPreps "most underrated DE in the nation." Bru McCoy - 5-star - USC. Andrew Faoliu - 3-star, national no. 36 WDE. Played in 12 games last season as redshirt F at Oregon. Samuela Tuihalamaka - 3-star - 41 tackles in 2017. Played in 12 games last season at Oklahoma State.
NYHSFAN33
Best D-Line I’ve seen in person was Roosevelt HS in Yonkers, NY -  1996-97 NYS champions.  Hard to run up the middle against them considering both of their D-tackles were future NFL Players (Jimmy Kennedy - 6’4, 320 lbs - Penn State - NFL / James Atkins - 6’5, 325 lbs - Virginia Union - NFL).  Those 2 guys would just swallow up the opposing teams interior lineman every snap. STA has had some good ones.  In 2012 Both Joey and Nick Bosa were on the line.  Nick was a freshman but still was excellent.  Honestly though I don't even think this is the best Dline this decade.  2011, 2014-2019 were all pretty damn strong overall.

RedZone
2009 West Monroe had a good DL...... West Monroe finished Top 10 in most of the national polls that year. USA Today had 2009 West Monroe #4. 2009 1 Don Bosco Prep Ramsey NJ 12-0 2009 2 Abilene Abilene TX 15-0 2009 3 Highlands Fort Thomas KY 15-0 2009 4 West Monroe West Monroe LA 15-0   DE/DT Jordan Allen went to LSU and you had the 3 guys who ended up playing and starting together at TCU (DT Hunter, DT Lathan and DE McFarland). That was impressive.  DT Hunter, DT Lathan and DE McFarland at TCU DT/DE Jordan Allen LSU....Allen was 6-6 265 LBS. Could never stay healthy at LSU though.

Yeah, but Lake Travis is so obviously out of their league in all of the arguments that he inserts them into.

The '08 DL was awesome... DT Todd Perry had around 110 tackles and was all over the place. Whitehair, Walsh and Paul were balanced stop the run/rush the passer guys... good at both but not great at either. Erxleben, probably my favorite to watch on that defense, was an undersized DE but could spin out of any block and camped out in backfields on season long. '09 DL (and really most of defense) is said to be the most physical defense and defensive line Coach King at Longview has ever seen, up to this day. Longview has played a lot of great teams while King has been coach.

Playing crappy Texas 4A competition. This is them getting pushed around by Evangel. They're not good. You are legitimately brain dead if you think that they are.

Perry is #73 in the video above. He's horrible. Can barely move. 110 tackles? 😄 And he only played about half the snaps. Good God. Evangel did whatever they wanted on offense. Lake Travis' front was garbage.

Yeah, LT had 5* QB Garrett Gilbert in 2008.....he was good, but bragging on the Lake Travis DL is a little silly. Not sure Chimp knows what a big, mean, quick DL looks like. I looked up the 2009 and 2010 classes at LT and can't find 1 DL guy that went D1 or any level.
