Still, given the difference in transfer rules, plus the fact that they are a public, and Folsom is a very expensive place to live, I think that Folsom will never be better than a D1 Bowl winner. Agreed. But it would still be a good thing for Folsom to schedule them. Actually , I would think Folsom should start off with an MV , Cen10, or Servite.
