And depending on what happens to Valdosta on Monday...our recruiting department just might choose to dissolve. I was told point blank by the Packer Touchdown Club President...that the bake sales and car washes just weren't getting the job done. We might hafta contact Nick Chubb and ask for some of that money back. And if that ain't enough problems...Arnett is fighting us over a delivery of Hybrid Grits. They want CASH ON DELIVERY and the coffers are pretty much bare. We're trying to find a co-signer...but so far...no joy. We were really counting on Lee County to come thru. Alas, Coach Fab said he was putting his pesos to other use. I really hope we're even able to make the trip OOS up to Marietta in August. Hell, I helped devise a system to get running water into Northcutt by tunneling to the water main and diverting it. The poor folks who live on Polk across the street from the Stadium are probably flabbergasted at their newly quadrupled water bills. It’s ok though. I believe what’s happened is other companies are using them as a superfood additive. The Arnetts folk may be cranky, but know the value of their grits. They have you over a barrel. May I suggest not only contacting Chubb, but the feller who paid Chubb as well as the fellers who subsidized all of those Valdosta move ins.
