Hsfblover
I’ve been somewhat around the dmv scene since 2012 and have learned a lot about past a present teams from the area. Will have to attend that game out here with The Stache. Just realized The Stache plays @SJC the following week. Going for the WCAC and Trinity league titles in the same year. Nice. BobbySanchez
Mater Dei has seen and played these types of teams before. IMG and SJB are two perfect examples and I'm willing to bet they were just as, if not more talented than this SFA team but still lost to MD. I don't think talent matters or translates as much to the field but this is going to be a crazy game indeed!

BigDrop
‘98 DeMatha Bill McGregor accepting the award for the ‘98 team into DeMatha’s hall of fame. The team out scored opponents 497-81 (12 games), with 336 in the first half alone. In the two WCAC playoff games they won by 111-13. For the entire year they were only behind once, 7-6, to Good Counsel and won 40-7. I believe sixteen players off of the team went to major Division one schools led by Scott McBrien. And the ‘98 team was ON THE BACK OF A BOX OF CHEERIOS!! I believe, having watched high school football here dating to the 1960’s, that this is the single best team the Middle Atlantic has ever seen. Bill’s speech is long but interesting.
954gator
I think SFA is going to be one of the most interesting teams to watch this year. Hopefully they can play all their games.

RedZone
One thing I've learned is that no matter how talented a football team is they still have to run, block and tackle EVERY play like everyone else....must be conditioned as well. If this collection of All Stars can do all that they might be pretty good. 1

I will know more after the return for fall camp. But on paper they are bigger, stronger and faster than last year with a few new coaches that were brought on board for their expertise. Gotta see how all gels.
