Well I called the GHSA and the NFHS. GSHA claims they can suspend and declare dead former players ineligible.

First the NFHS said they had never heard of a state organization suspending a player that was already in college and they are not involved in making those type of rules it is the state organization ruling. Very standard safe answers.

But now onto the GHSA they told me they could suspend players any amount of time after they graduate. I ask so years later and was told any amount of time depending on the case and their ruling.  I ask say 25 years later or any event taken place could limit the GHSA on suspending a graduated player he said no time limit period or event . Then I ask if the player in question sadly died 30 years after graduation would that time frame and  that events prohibit the GHSA from suspending that player again he said they were no time limits or events that prohibit the GHSA from making a ruling on a graduated player. I thanked him for his time and hung up.

Guys you can blast me all day. But you got the GHSA claiming they can suspend dead graduated players. Something is really wrong with the GHSA.

Bahahaha... how stupid is that?

Honestly, I was suspicious of Jake from when he moved to Valdosta. I had my eye on him then and everyone tried hyping him up on Instagram about how good he was and blah blah blah. But after a certain point it seemed like they were overhyping his character to cover something up. Now it shows.

Im still trying to figure out if his family got money what was it for... greed ? His mom has a great paying job and his dad is a retired police officer and his grandfather was a mayor or something in California. I have no idea why they would need money.

There may be more to his suspension and being declared ineligible. This is totally different than a residency problem that made him ineligible at Valdosta.

This could very well be GHSA's way of closing a loophole retroactively that made Garcia eligible at Grayson. GHSA wasn't happy with the Garcia/Grayson at the time and moved very quickly to close that loophole. We may be on the verge of seeing a wrong made right. If they found solid proof the Garcia's took cash for play they could very well forfeit games he played in Georgia public from that day forward no matter where he played. Grayson would be unknowingly (maybe even knowingly) but it doesn't matter. Games in which an ineligible player participates has to be forfeited.

I think if Garcia held a press conference on ESPN and showed proof he was paid with a video of the Grayson head coach and principal giving him cash money nothing would be done to Grayson. They probably would try to make Miami forfeit the spring game

LSU and the GHSA are the easiest targets in the country right now. So much ammo to blast back with.  Larry used to think he was indestructible and bullet proof on the internet but that has changed he went from being the lion to the lamb.  He will be posting soon that Valdosta is on probation and no playoffs next year like that will make the latest charges of dean of Admissions making girls write porno book reports disappear.

Dude, your good friend shit on you and made your championships during his time there meaningless. You can pretend like it never happened, but he admitted it.
Your HS was the biggest cheaters in America until he left.

Tell us all again about that ONE thing he did wrong at hooville, trying to get a B+++ kid an A average. 😂
