In the last 50 years, LSU has won 6 SEC titles. And that’s including a 30 year stretch when the only won TWO conference titles.

In the same time frame, Texas has won 12 conference titles. 
 

They both have 4 National titles all time.

Texas leads the head to head series 9-8. 
 

Texas has a better all time winning percentage, more conference championships, more bowl games, more all time wins, better bowl game winning percentage, more consensus All Americans, longer all time weeks spent in the AP poll and longer time spent weeks as the number 1 team than LSU. 
 

LSU has more sexual assault accusations and sanctions.

Texas is currently tied with Kansas State and Baylor with "3* Big 12 Conference football championships.

The SWC and Big 8 had TV set issues.  Merging was looked at as a good solution at the time. Very different landscape at the time with the SEC having one title in the previous ten years .  Was a pretty successful league for awhile.

Not sure why you're so upset about this.  Haven't seen many Texas fans chirping about coming in and dominating the SEC.

I believe you to be a legit and honorable Texas Longhorn fan.... unlike the T-shirt Urban Cowboys here.

Hmmm, might have to do with the fact that at one time, college football conferences were somewhat aligned with regions and at the time, the big 12 was the top conference in the region.

Alabama has no choice after that Texas performance. Saban has made many qb changes during the season really nothing new. If you don't perform Saban will move to the next man up.  Surprised he did not change during Texas game.
