A lot of competition out there in those other sports and you don't need the large #'s like you do in football. Pitching wins and although we have had some great pitchers over the last several years someone has been better. I think last year they lost in the final 4 over the summer but that was Covid (they were pretty stacked) but last year was all hypothetical. 2019 they won the counties but Non Public A is a gauntlet and pretty even so anything can happen. This year they had a really good team but SJR was just better. If you notice 1 thing though in Non Public A it is that the talent is spreading out in all of the sports and the days of dynasties I believe are coming to an end. Whether it be Bosco from 20 years ago in football or BC in wrestling or Delby in lacrosse and soccer I believe individual schools being able to dominate year in and year out are quickly coming to a close.
