Are we only counting black and white populations in the per capital numbers like DD does in football??

I pointed out that States with high % African American Populations and White Kids would dominate football and more diverse States would be at a disadvantage like Cali and Texas much more diverse than Ga. La. Ms. and Alabubba. I still stand on that.   There are probably more Asians in Cali than half the population of Ga. In La Metro alone.    Culture much different.

Per Capita should help JaaJaaw in a track Argument. There are more Brotha's in Ga than the State of Texas yet our Population dwarfs Ga.

Or look at it this way.  Take a Guess why Beast Texas with a bunch of 4A and Below Schools are faster than everyone from El Paso to Midland.  🤣 A Bunch of kids named Keontay in  one and Raul in the other.

10 4 Sarge! Just wanted to make sure so we don't include any Polynesians, Hispanics, etc who are actually talented next time the numbers are calculated. 😉

Correction on Christopher Taylor mention from Calabar the other day,  he's turning 19 later this year.

Calabar's 3:03:79  at the Penn Relays last weekend consisted of these 4 Jamaicans with their PR's  (18-19 age range)

Malik James King  (18 or 19) 47.07,  Anthony Carpenter  (19 as of Jan.) 45.47,  Shemar Chambers 18 (turns 19 days away) 46.18  & Christian Taylor  (18)  45.27

Taylor ran a 44.84 anchor split.

Golf - did you that kid from Converse Judson now has the fastest 300m H time in the nation

Nice.  What was his time?  Haven’t checked the national board this week.

Thomas Burns is racing Cooper at states this weekend in the 400.   That should be fun.  So he’s done with 300 for a bit.

This is correct.  Schwartz has lowered his U18 world record another .01 to 10.14

Auburn is getting a little speed in Schwartz and Shivers, who both plan to run track as well as play football.

Campbell will likely be retiring his track career at AHP and focusing on football for 3 years, have a nice NFL combine and wait for his name on NFL draft day.

Schwartz may have a target time in mind to decide track 100 pct   It will be interesting to see if Schwartz reaches a time where he shuts down football and what would that time be?   Sub 10.10?   10.05?

Schwartz now officially 10.13 in this race.   Another .01 drop to his record.

I'm still in shock over Cooper and the timing of it as well... not sure if he'll be competing this weekend.   He's 18 and an adult since March.

I think the 110 is a bit steep.  I'd put it to 14.20 but let's see how they do.  800 I know 1:50 range is solid but that's not an event for me to judge and above that forget it lol.  42 flat for is fine and it will be scary how many from TX do it.    3:18 the same.    Not sure how the good the FL 4x400 teams are this season, haven't seen any wow times unless I missed it.

LJ 23' seems steep for HS, but I don't follow that event much.  I did see some Cali kids over 23' though earlier this year so TX I'm sure can do it and maybe a few FL kids.   HJ, Triple, PV, Shot and Discus I'm not following enough to set a distance or height...  FL will not do well here,  Cali will do better imo in those events.   TX is pretty solid in all events.

The kids in some areas finally have warm temps.   I'm sure the Lax, baseball and T&F squads are happy in NJ/NY this week.  Midwest also have warm temps.
