I'm not big on rankings.  But they could have saved a lot of time and effort. 😎 I could have named the top 4 and wouldn't argue whatever order you want to place them.  Those 4 states are the real per Capita beast when you compare their combined population to the rest of the U.S.  Yet they produce more players than the rest of the nation combined.

Shhhhh don't tell Sammy his Tiers are being proven unreliable again.

I am curious more than anything.

Why is Ohio behind Georgia with a far better OOS win percentage and a stronger schedule rating?

......why is Ohio ahead of Maryland?

I don't think that means too much and I don't understand it really. xD

Maryland hasn't played 54 OOS games that matter....maybe 6 or 7

it’s an average of the top 50 and Calpreps has GA better at the top with Colquitt at 78 and Colerain at 64 which according to Calpreps would only be good enough for fourth in GA. The number 50 teams in both states are a 38

Agree about OHs lack of quality OOS wins, but isn't Texas' best OOS win vs #107 East UT? Is that win really of quality? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Cali has beaten IMG, BGx2 and Chandler. No one else comes close to those quality victories. DC/MD is a close second IMO.

Well OOS doesnt matter at all. Its the top 50 teams rating average period.

At this point, do you really consider the BG wins quality wins considering the condition of BG as of today? Or is it because of the "name" that they carry?

Exactly.  @DevilDog the Tiers Live.  Not may fault Texas won't step up their scheduling.  Plus the word on the street is that Allen is down this year.

No real OOS games of note this year...where most years we have 3-4 and win at least a couple.

Also ECHS cried to Ned for four years until he adjusted the scaling. That helped some.
