Bosco had DiVitto, Jones, Wright, Shumate, Peppersu

You look stupid mentioning the same 4-5 players every 25 minutes, grandpa......there's NOTHING special about them.

I know this is very important to you, just stick with the angle you might actually have. You get CRUSHED otherwise.

Gorman won 3 MNC from 2014-2016. I’m not sure that any other team on this most recent list can match that.

They can't......if you are going by that The Bishop wins the thread. Allen won pieces of 3 MNC though. BUT, I give the edge to The Bishop won bigger slices of the pie 3 years in a row!

In what world are two state titles and two runner ups (86 - 2000) bad?

If it wasn't for La Marque they'd have more than that lol. That and an 85 Houston Yates team that sent 5 players to the NFL (only lost 19 - 6 in that one). Arguably the best high school team in the history of the state.

BG instate comp is horrible..What was their margin of victory vs OOS for those three years and who did they beat.....

Of course Allen winning 3 Texas 6A State titles has to be factored in that equation...

...you also have to factor in teams like don bosco who only played 11 game seasons during their run. A lot different than 15 and 16 games.

Bosco was 35 and with two 12 game seasons....Plus quality of said competition..Example ....DBP with a 9-3 team beat JC 10-3 when JC was running  all over weak NO teams....Amount game is not as important as SOS...

La Marque had a good run, but what might disqualify them is they were only ranked 1 year during their run......#19 in 1995

1995
1. Berwick, Pa. (15-0)
2. St. Ignatius, Cleveland (14-0)
3. De La Salle, Concord, Calif. (13-0)
4. Roosevelt, San Antonio (16-0)
5. Penn Hills, Pittsburgh (15-0)
6. Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy (15-0)
7. Midwest City, Okla. (14-0)
8. St. Joseph Regional, Montvale, N.J. (11-0)
9. Providence, New Lenox, Ill. (14-0)
10. Catholic Central, Redford, Mich. (13-0)
11. Southwest DeKalb, Decatur, Ga. (14-1)
12. Bolles, Jacksonville, Fla. (14-1)
13. Penn, Mishawaka, Ind. (14-0)
14. Salmen, Slidell, La. (14-0)
15. Spartanburg, S.C. (15-0)
16. Amory, Miss. (15-0)
17. Hazelwood East, St. Louis (14-0)
18. Starkville, Miss. (15-0)
19. La Marque, Texas (15-0)
20. West Charlotte, Charlotte (15-1)
21. O'Dea, Seattle (13-0)
22. Pine Bluff, Ark. (14-0)
23. Jamestown, N.Y. (13-0)
24. Bishop Amat, La Puente, Calif. (12-1-1)
25. Cheshire, Conn. (12-0)

La Marque was ranked higher than a very good Amat team in ‘95. That’s some good street cred

Work it, grandpa......You might want to slow it down though.

1-don bosco has never played John Curtis.

2-don bosco beat Rummel 10-3 in nj. A very winnable game for Rummel. Neither team broke 200 yards of total offense.....Rummel left 17 points on the field in that sleeper game.

3-don bosco won state, Rummel didn't. CEH for Catholic-BR had more total yards vs Rummel than don bosco and the state of nj.

Anyways, Rummel proved don bosco wasn't all that.

Rommel ran all ove NO competition, then, against a 9-3 Bosco, NEVER scored  a TD, never....NO teams had no defense against Rummel that year, Bosco shut that juggernaut down and your coach had noting but praise for Bosco....

Very "winnable", and they still lost with no TD's.....That's worse...
