Regardless of who really has the best team in the country.

The quality and level of play of the final 16 team in not one but the top two Texas playoff brackets is far superior to any other bracket around the nation.

The quality depth is off the charts based on the current landscape of high school football.  Any true knowledgeable pollster or fan can see this if willing to be honest.  Doing this while having split playoff system and still having this much quality is simply amazing- blows the doors off of California

Div 1 teams--- Houston Lamar, North Shore, Coppell, Hendrickson, Atascocita, SA O'Connor, Arlington Martin, Allen, Katy, Duncanville, Sachse or Rockwall, Judson or Lake Travis-

6A Div 2--- Westlake, Steele, Klein Collins, Cy-Fair, Langham Creek, Mansfield, Midway, Lufkin, Westfield, Longview, Clear Lake, Desoto or SLC

Simply the best high level football being played.

IMO Florida could possibly match this with one not two groupings if they could get the best all in one bracket.

California couldn't do it regardless of how they would align themselves.

Fact of the matter - I personally believe overall the top Division in Georgia has overall more true quality depth than does what Cali has in their top bracket.

The top bracket in California counting the north and south region might have 4 or 5 teams in the entire state could be included with teams mentioned above - MD, SJB, DLS, Cent10 and Poly  - This state considering the size has very weak depth!

Soooioooooo stupid

CA has twice the quality of any TX state bracket with one section’s bracket and no one in TX could hand within 14 of MD or SJB

and I’m a 4th generation Texan — just happen to be the straight - shooting variety while I’m certain T-Ball is what we call a bullshit artist

But WE have a valid argument in Georgia! But in Tejas' case, they should be aSHAME that they NEVER, ever, ever, I mean NEVER have more than five teams in a state with 10,000 schools, who can walk and chew gum simultaneously!xD

Talking about rose colored glasses.  The 2nd best team so far in Cali can't beat this STA team.  Same ole song and dance from California after getting beat - magically we are good enough to win now.

Lol at you boys!

Yeah because no team ever in the history of football lost to a team during the regular season and then beat them in a playoff! What a 🤡

Do you purposely choose to omitt that SJB has their top qb in now or does it not fit your narrative?

Talked about many times.  I doubt it would have made much difference during that game.

It made all the difference in the SJC game.

By the 4Q of that game, Re-al had thrown 2 INTs and 0 TDs and SJB was losing 17-7.

Then DJ replaced him and led Bosco to the end zone on consecutive drives, winning the game 21-17.

Now Re-al's dad is claiming that his son has a shoulder injury, but the claim isn't to be believed.

Why the doubt?

Kinda funny that SJB won state with that other kid.  I guess he was good enough against California competition!

SJB was stronger in the second half of the season because they abandoned their balanced offense and focused on the run. Compare their first game against MD to their second game against MD.

More to the point, the fact that SJB won state last year with Re'al at QB doesn't count against the claim the SJB is better this year now that DJ is behind center.

Seen it many times...however, SJB doesn't get that chance now do they?  So it becomes based on opinion - the only truth we have is that STA beat SJB head to head.  Anything else is opinion and mythical.

Even DLS came from behind against these guys.
