golfaddict1
Tex, it doesn’t hurt to have a stout OL with 4 fbs recruits incl that huge tackle 75 , a 5 star QB who has a rifle and can run and a 5 star WR. That’s a recipe for chunks of yards at a time. Let’s see if SJB can bounce back and get a drive going and get this game within one score again. Texasball
Look at that 2 Texas boys committed to UCLA Including one from Allen - 5 OOS players committed Allen has better OL than MD - They also have excellent JR QB - along with 5 star WR that is only a JR. Allen is faster than MD too and Allen's defense IMO is better than MD

I more than ever believe Allen would handle both of these teams along with Katy. Well you also told us Klein Collins was good so your opinion isn’t very relevant

golfaddict1
Lousy punt. MD starts at their 40. 5 star to 5 star. Red zone.

Did you watch the game? Longview has more speed than either of these teams MD is a good team - They look much better than they really are due to the competition level they play. golfaddict1
I’ll be voting a new number 1 this week it looks like. MD is very talented.

This includes Faust’s Moeller teams, Ronald Curry at Hampton, Iggy in the early ‘’90’s and Mojo in the late ‘80’s: all of them in person.

golfaddict1
Nice A gap run for SJB. Now in the red zone.
golfaddict1
DJ hasn’t run a read option in awhile. Had success with that early. SJB inches away nonetheless.
Texasball
I don't believe MD could beat the best teams in Florida or Texas. SJB was much better last year than this year. Neither team has great defense. SJB doesn't have a great offense either

golfaddict1
Call me nuts but I’d onside kick this. Number 8 is not defendable. Try to get the ball.

golfaddict1
3rd and long. 8 had a step on double coverage but overthrown on 2nd down. Nice hold SJB! 3 and out. Penalty on kickoff return to 40 hurt.

Ronald Curry’s jr year at Hampton, VA in ‘96 was the best year of any q.b. I have ever seen. JT Daniels is in his league.
golfaddict1
SJB should get decent field possession here. Fair catch own 48. 2:31 3rd.
