Thompson last year beats Buford by two touchdowns in my opinion. They were much better on offense. Thompson is replacing their starting QB, RB, and WR that were huge weapons for them the last few years not just a season ago but big time program guys. Buford despite rotating at times is also replacing their QB Ashton Daniels of three years (now at Stanford) Buford has never been elite offensively. They’ve always just ran, ran, and ran at you. If you can stop the run, you have a good shot. It’s just harder said than done for most teams. Kid is from East Feliciana and transferred to state champ Zachary. Thought that stuff didn’t happen down in the murder capitol.
