Example: Another example of first-hand hearsay evidence in court is, if the court is given a written statement made by Bob asserting that Bob saw the accused person committing the crime, yet Bob is not at court to give evidence. Therefore Bob's statement is not able to be tested to establish its credibility.

You’re saying the thing that makes it hearsay is Bob, the witness, not being present. So, if Bob were present, what would it be then?

What part isn’t clear?

Hearsay is an out-of-court statement offered to prove the truth of whatever it asserts, which is then offered in evidence to prove the truth of the matter. The problem with hearsay is that when the person being quoted is not present, it becomes impossible to establish credibility.  None of the above articles Golf posted were tested in a court of law. In addition non have been proven true. Just hearsay at this point.

You’re now saying the problem is that the person isn’t there to “establish credibility.” So… hearsay can be credible if there’s a person there to attest to it?

That quack also said Trump did a great job with Covid too.  A supposed medical doctor saying some stupid cultish shit like that.  His political opinions are even worse if that is even possible.  Wonder how many people he told to go out without a mask and got themselves killed?  Probably not zero.

Just do a quick search of his posts from any given day in any given year.

He has zero instincts for anything. Every take he has is dumb and completely unsupported. He had a supposed ready-made issue in COVID with which to demonstrate competence and he failed spectacularly.

It would be hard to be as objectively stupid as he is even if you tried.

How did you like the setting for her speech… from the kitchen.
#GOP!  😂

SNL should bring Tina Fey in for a Britt skit this weekend.

You know, of all places to choose to deliver one of the most important speeches of your life; and she chooses the one room that has been synonymous with holding us back since the beginning of time 🤦🏻‍♀️😤😡

Da%* it Britt 🤬

and I missed SNL last night.

What is just amazing is that the GOP has examples available to them that they could use that are actually relevant to the point they want to make.  Instead, they chose what they chose.  Complete stupidity.  Never thought it was possible for a large group like the GOP to repeatedly make the worst decisions and be on the wrong side of everything they say they fight for.  It's a macrocosm of Nole's views on everything.

This is literally a first-hand account of events.  I’m far more curious to hear you explain how a first-hand account, true or not, constitutes hearsay.

These people are almost too stupid to insult.

I say almost because I do insult them regularly.

Of the doozy’s is hearing that Trump was a joke on the world stage and Biden is respected but Trump was able to keep foreign oil production low, get NATO members to start paying more of their fair share, and strengthened our military around the world.

on the other hand, Biden can’t even get world leaders on the phone because he’s such a joke and it would be funny if it wasn’t costing Americans thousands of dollars more per year for gas than under Trump. And with the military at record low recruiting and the social justice and DEI poison, Russia felt emboldened to fight Ukraine over NATO threats

Just curious, what world leader(s) did a great job with Covid, and under what criteria would you define great as pertains to the pandemic?

He thinks crushing small businesses into extinction, setting kids back years with distance learning depriving low income children of much needed school breakfast and lunch as well as a rise of domestic violence,  basic civil liberties violated, economic devastation, social and emotional isolation, and force trial drugs with no knowledge of long term effects injected into your body with the threat of destroying every freedom you have over a flu strand with a 99 percent survival rate of people under 55 is A GREAT JOB!!!!!

Uh, what?

One of the enduring qualities of these bozos is that they don't even understand what their talking points are supposed to be.

In fact it's sometimes hard to even understand what point they're *trying* to make.

One of my favorite canned lines is how Republicans always strengthen the military and how Democrats always weaken it.

Like the military was strong on January 19, 2021 and then it was immediately weak on January 20, 2021.

Another one of favorites is following a completely made-up claim (Biden can't get leaders on the phone!) with a totally unrelated issue (gas prices).

Oil production is higher than it's ever been both domestically and globally.

Interesting because just a minute ago you seemed to claim that having *less* oil production globally was a *good* thing.
