“Winning isn’t everything...it’s the only thing”

Perfect response to what I’ve been saying. Win at all costs!! Multiple transfers every year, mercenaries who leave the school after football season, spitting in the face of opponents. Sell your soul!!! Al Davises ghost must have set up residence in the MD football facilities and is saying “just win baby”. MD is clearly listening...

You tried to insult me by saying what I just said...

Wit is not your strength...

Cen10’s O is always a challenge to game plan for...MD’s 5-1-5 D is always fun seeing vs the huskies even the years MD loses

Given that So Ca HS football is so overwhelmingly predisposed towards offense, it’s not surprising Logan has been so successful exposing defenses.  Most teams totally ignore priority 1, and fall into the trap.

Yeah...watching Logan go vs EJ is always fun

What do you think hurts his soul more “55 and 1” or “42 to 0”?

Essentially Mater Dei continued to get transfers until they felt like it was enough to win, & play OOS.

Its like a steroid using MLB star coming down to DIII college level to dominate & pound his chest. Or a Super Heavyweight MMA fighter coming down to featherweight and being proud of beating all the fighters in that weight class. Its a bit pathetic. When MD was like everyone else (before all the transfers)... They were an average good team. There was nothing special about them. Aka they were a featherweight fighting other featherweights. But then they went and put on 100lbs and continued to fight in the same damn weight class ... Imagine if an MMA fighter did that.

What MD, SJB, IMG, etc, are doing is not an accomplish. At all. Taking pride in beating teams well below your weight class... Shows youre a clown.

Except they don’t

they play like minded and talented teams

who strive to be MNC And proven by their schedules.

Pretty much a fail post there

We don't claim Fresno, Bakersfield, San Diego or LA City section as So Cal because those areas play football more like Nor Cal programs.  Not that there is anything wrong with that.  Just the coaching, prep work, rivalries, player competitive mentality are not up to So Cal Standards

Well, it could be easily argued that all except around 3-5 teams in the SS play football more like Nor Cal programs too ... not that there is anything wrong with that either. Beyond SJB, MD and sometimes CC and MV, it’s just not that impressive.

With regard to the LA section, you’ll probably be claiming Narbonne this season assuming they turn out as good as some believe. ;)

MD has always been a damn good program and would be 1000-0 if they played in GA

Seeing is believing.  They’ve got a pretty fortified roster so they should be able to roll their OOL schedule.  We’ll see how that works out.

Maybe you get to see them.  It’s not guaranteed that DLS beats STA (although they should).  If STA  wins, Folsom cleans up all the mistakes this time around, rallies around the new coach, is inspired by home field, and beats DLS, then maybe DLS ends up squaring off against Narbonne for D1AA title????

I seem to remember a similar score at UOP, how did it feel back then? That’s when Coach R couldn’t beat DLS, then he figured it out. Transfers!!!!

 Whiny sum-beach

DLS Recuit’s and it doesn’t matter.

Socal tier 1

NoCal tier 2

I’m not sure about DLS beating STA. One way to early poll has STA at what, 3rd in the country and DLS isn’t ranked.

While I want DLS to beat the shit out of Folsom, I would love to see Folsom play in the Open game to see how they were fare against either MD or SJB which I assume that’s who will be there for Socal. Then all the speculation on how they would do would be over, they would finally play a MNC contender.
