People are being arrested for opioids. 

The crack example is not great because it was 30 years agree during the war on drugs. Times are different.

I've answered this several times already. I don't need to divert.

   I don't easily take the word of the mgt that they told them to leave.  Secondly, they were arrested for what?  And why did the DA state there was no evidence these guys committed a crime.  Trespassing would be one of them, of course the definition is entering a persons property without permission.  Don't know if this fits, maybe loitering, but that can't be as their friend showed up just as they claimed. Maybe this is one reason why the DA stated there was a lack of evidence a crime was committed.

I don't know the intent of the Manager, the two black guys, the Cop or the Witnesses.  Maybe it was a work like Pro Wrasslin for all I know.  The optics don't look good and I am for the 1,000th time Pro Cop.  I will says this Generally I haven't seen a lot of White People jumping to the defense of 2 black Males in any situation.  This seems to be an overwhelming reaction from the majority of them there.  I don't know if you can trespass on a public place, I know you can be disruptive of the peace (Disorderly Conduct) but that was not the charge.  Any way I am my own worst ENEMY OR DETERRENT///// So I humbly go back to reading your commentary.

Don't know every fact of this incident, but they were not charged due to a lack of evidence of ANY crime, so the likelihood they trespassed is unlikely.  Don't think it even fits the definition of trespassing.
