Not everyone gets those breaks.  You know what happens if that doesn't happen blow out

Bucs were flat as a pancake and then finally came to play. Lotta factors went into that, but the Rams were the better team that day and won the game. So be it. But, to think that Brady had nothing to do with a come back is insane. He’s in every single players head in the NFL for stuff like that. And every coach. Whether you choose to hide your head in the sand as a Steeler fan about this issue or not, that’s the truth.

The Bucs weren't flat, they got their asses kicked upfront and that's what caused Brady to look like Garroppolo

The snap over Staffords head.  The fumble at the 1. The missed FG and the 2nd fumble by Akers.  Those plays have nothing to do with Brady and the reason they were able to comeback

Let's keep a running list.

  • The tuck rule
  • Adam Vinatieri never missing a late kick
  • Rodney Harrison's game-sealing INT
  • Russell Wilson's goal line INT
  • Falcons blowing 28-3 lead
  • Dee Ford's offsides penalty

It basically happened again yesterday with the inexplicable flukes all going the Bucs' way. The only difference is that Stafford and the Rams snatched victory back at the end.

No doubt, but he didn't bring them back without the Rams basically falling apart on offense.

A snap that went over Stafford's head after the pick Brady threw.

A missed fg to seal the game.

A fumble by Akers(Two actually. One right before halftime at the Bucs 1)

It was after the strip sack recovery by Von Miller - Desoto Tx   Then the unexpected snap

I fully expected Rodgers to make enough plays to win.  The 49’ers defense didn’t give in to one of the very best all-time.

Football is the ultimate team sports and most of the time you need to win 2 of 3 sides of the ball

offense - maybe push

defense - advantage 49’ers

special teams big advantage 49’ers

This was one of the best 13-10 games I have seen.

who would have thought the 49’ers could beat Green Bay / Rodgers without scoring offensive TD?

5 of their 6 Super Bowls were won by 4 points or less or in OT.

The one they didn't win by one score (against the Rams) they needed an offsides penalty against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game to advance.

The Patriots have been overwhelmingly on the positive side of the luck ledger.

I agree that I would never rank one of the Pat teams as one of the Goats . They barely win the Sb's , never blowing anyone out . The tuck rule, the Seattle int, the KC penalty, I get it .  It can't be all considered luck, because the Pats consistently took  advantage of opportunities given them . Just like yesterday, where the Rams just choked away at the end, teams consistently choke vs Pats . Kind of like tennis, where all these young talents just fold when the opportunity to beat a Djokovic is close at hand . Mahomes and chiefs appear to becoming like Brady and Pats were , but we need to see more.

They were flat and the Rams were part of it. They had two of their three best offensive lineman hurt and one was out. Godwin out for the year with torn ACL. Fournette first came back. Grayson and Perryman out with hamstrings. Ronald Jones out.  What are you gonna do? You do the best you can and they almost came back and beat the Rams. Who are not shit and who will get the shit beat out of them in the Super Bowl if they make it that far...

Perfectly cliche.

The point is that somehow Brady gets all of these breaks.

what is luck? Luck is When opportunity meets the prepared mind. Nobody is better prepared than Tom Brady. So when there has been a subpar performance either by himself, or from his teammates, and they find themselves down, if the opportunity presents itself, Brady is usually able to take advantage of it. Because he is the best prepared quarterback in the history of the game.

Yeah, he's totally prepared for Russell Wilson to throw an INT at the goal line thus clinching a Super Bowl victory.

Just like he was totally prepared for the tuck rule.

You sound like a pathetic little fan boy hater. Just go back to your little STA world where everything is insulated and you get to beat up on shitty teams.

Atticus is something else.

He shits on Brady in one thread then blows him in another thread.......even he can't keep himself straight.
