TheMaximumHornetSting Posted September 4, 2023 Report Share Posted September 4, 2023 Collins Hills has 1 L already with 3 more for sure on the horizon with Buford,Westlake and Mill Creek And then 2 more possibly in Sandy Creek and Cedar Grove who are the best 3A squads ranked #1&2 respectively both on the road... I still think they lose to Collins Hill more often not, they needed a lot of last second lucky throw & catches to win that game. No chance they wouldve beaten MD obviously. He wanted to set up a transfer portal and recruit players like grayson and a couple of other schools in Georgia. Well, even if you do get a good matchup, as you pointed out, sometimes things happen that just aren’t representative of one or perhaps both teams. Cen10 squeaked by Punahou with 7 seconds to go. But, they had to overcome two fumbles lost in the end zone that turned into touchbacks, two fumble recoveries returned for touchdowns, as well as a kick return TD. Not taking away from a proud and game Punahou squad but that game shouldn’t have been close. The Punahou QB is a good one, definitely the best I’ve seen in person since Bryce Young. Before their lucky miracle season/title win their best ever season was a 12-3 season in which (They shouldnt have...) but did reach the finals of the 7A playoffs only to get scatterbrained by Grayson...
