Texasball
I have had the honor to stand on the sidelines several times when he coached at Skyline. I love the way he talks to the players! He would be winning all the same right now if he had been at Desoto or Cedar Hill the past two years. This was tremendous hire by Duncanville and I would bet my house before he retires that Duncanville will have several teams better than this one and this one is damn good.

When I saw him I couldn't believe he wasn't starting over that lil fast kid Merideth will mature over the next year. He's gonna be special, but IMO at this point, he is still a little timid when he runs. Sometimes he tends to cower a little at the point of contact. Not a knock on him, but just needs to mature a little and let his brain catch up with his size and speed. That "lil fast kid" (Williams) runs like someone twice his size, and is hard to bring down.. Thats why he starts.

That Soph looked good when I saw him against Prosper. But you surely know dem Lobos better than I.

No, what he is saying is that kids will find a way to end up at Duncanville. Their families may move to the area when they are in 8th or 9th grade or they might already live in the area and transfer back from the private schools they are attending now.
