Well, intent may not be as difficult as one thinks considering the one cop checks for a pulse and tells the guy with his knee there is no pulse and the cop stays knee on neck for an additional 3 minutes. 

I think some thresholds got crossed in there once you understood that the person no longer had a pulse that the other officer could feel. At that moment they should have shifted to resuscitation as first responders. No? 

I can't say the other three crossed that threshold, but, the one with his knee on the neck probably did, and, maybe the one that checked the pulse and didn't shift gears either.

I definitely understand him fighting for his life. It's hard to say what a person may do in a situation like that confrontation. I think I'd certainly be looking for an out as well. A chance to grab the gun or something.

Here's a knowledge breakdown on America and why we are here 400 years later.

As African Americans we cannot listen to the Non Racist tell us about racism.  We have lived it and had it perfected on us for 400 years.  How did we get here?  First you have to teach White America the difference between Non-Racist and Anti-Racist.

Ahmaud Aubrey Lynched on Feb 23, 2020:   Mr Sam Hose lynched April 23, 1899 Same Fucking State. 

The Lynching of Mr. Hose 

Black Men deaths are the Pornography of White America.  They used to show up at Lynchings which are their original Tailgaiting.  I never pass up the opportunity to show History and not His-Story.  Georgia Recently had a 2020 Lynching of a black male named Ahmaud Arbery who without a video would have been another statistic of a Thug getting what he deserved.  Well in that Same State in April 1899 a man raised by a Slave was lynched in Georgia.  I am about to reveal to you how savage these GOTDAMN racist are.    

They accused him of murdering his employer who threatened to murder him for wanting to go and take care of his mom and brother.  Pulled a pistol on him he had an ax in his hands and defended himself and threw it and killed that GotDamn Racist.  Word spread and like today these GOTDAMN Liars started their lies.    Over the next few days, furor was caused by rumors suggesting that Wilkes sexually assaulted Cranford's wife, Mattie Cranford, and assaulted his infant child.  Newspapers portrayed Hose as "a monster in human form" who gleefully raped Mrs. Cranford and their infant child in front of the dying Mr. Cranford and for good measure, claimed without evidence that Hose was suffering from advanced syphilis  The police detectives investigating the crime interviewed Mrs. Cranford who stated that Hose after killing her husband, had fled and never entered her house.   She also denied that she was raped and stated no harm had come to her child.   On April 23, 1899, Hose was apprehended in Marshallville, and returned by train to Coweta County.

This is what these Savages did.  This is America's Pornography and their infatuation with Chicago and not their own deaths.

They overran the Jail and took Mr. Hose away and well this:  IF You are African American and you worship the Religion of these People you are a disgrace to Black People. 

Hose was brought to a patch of land known as the old Troutman field. Newspapers reported that members of the mob used knives to sever Hose's ears, fingers and genitals while others plugged knives repeatedly into his body, to cheers from the mob.  Men and boys gathered kindling from the nearby woods and added it to the pyre. The skin from his face was removed and he was doused with kerosene.  He was chained to a pine tree. Several matches were thrown onto the pyre by members of the mob, lighting it on fire and burning Hose alive. The pain from the fire caused Hose's veins to burst while his eyes nearly burst from their sockets. One journalist present noted the crowd watched "with unfeigned satisfaction" at contortions of Hose's body.  As the flames consumed his body, Hose screamed out "Oh my God! Oh Jesus!"  From the time of Hose's first injuries to his death, almost 30 minutes passed. One woman thanked God for the actions of the mob.   Some members of the mob cut off pieces of his dead body as souvenirs. Pieces of Hose's bones were sold for 25 cents while his heart and liver were cut out to be sold.

They had his knuckles on sale at a local grocery store and the Governor of Ga. had some of his body parts.  They used to have pictures of lynchings across America on Post Cards.  This is another level of sickness and racism.  Mr. Aubrey was lynched 121 years to the day.

We don’t get rioting and looting because I’m confident that whites in general get fairer treatment in this country in the legal system.

Lynching of Frazier B. Baker and Julia Baker

Lavinia Baker and her five surviving children. A mob of whites had set fire to their house at night, and fatally shot and killed her husband Frazier Baker and baby girl Julia on February 22, 1898.   The last one died in 1949.  Want to bet your Revisionist History that their kids who are my age and  Grand Kids my son's age are equally pissed over Arbery and George.  Go tell them it was too long ago. 

There was a time when Republicans were awesome and President William Mckinley Apointed Mr. Frazier postmaster of Lake City, South carolina in 1898 the  local whites objected and had undertaken a campaign to force his removal. When these efforts failed to dislodge Baker, a mob attacked him and his family at night at their house, which also served as the post office. They, awoke to find their house on fire, he attempted to put it out with no success and sent his son to go seek help.  As soon as he opened the door he was met with gunfire and was pulled back inside. As the fire grew he stated “might as well die running as standing still” before he could open the door a bullet struck and killed his 2 year old daughter. Seeing this he threw the door open and was cut down in a hail of gunfire.  The others except 2 received wounds and hid in a field till the fire died down.  They were being pursued.  Of course a all white jury of business men  did not indict them.  Whites asked that the post office be reopened and mail service restored. Many African Americans derided this as hypocritical.
The lynching was defended by those who agreed with South Carolina Senator Benjamin Tillman, who said the "proud people" of Lake City refused to receive "their mail from a Nigger (Arbery's killer called him the same in 2020)  The Williamsburg County Record called the lynching "the darkest blot upon South Carolina's history." It said that the McKinley administration was also to blame for "thrusting venal negro henchmen into Southern offices of trust.

In 1918, the St. James AME Church was constructed on the site of Baker's burned post office and house.
