I swung through a little small town USA pizza and mead place and took advantage of their carry out service before they close that down for curbside only or something like other towns. Really wish I had made the trip down before all of this stuff so I could have eaten in and tried a few of their meads. I bought a calzone and two meads. Have tried the meads and enjoyed both, although the redz is better as I don't just love dry, but I had to buy it because it was peach and it's Georgia. I wanted BlackBerry, but, out of season so, anyway... Talk about a small town main street... I'll have to go back and try the other meads they have. Kinda pricey so I didn't want to break the bank buying every kind on one trip. Would have never tried a mead outright or sought out a place that made them if not for @Belly Bob mentioning that was his style lately. They kind of bring me to mind of the homemade wines and brandies that some of my friends made as I was coming up.
