Slotback Right
Mr. Miyagi wins this hands down. Not only did he turn that scrawny little kid into a champion, but he also fixed his bicycle, gave the kid a car, risked jail time for beating up minors, AND his hands had magic healing powers. 1

HawgGoneIt
I'm gonna second the Myagi vote. His training methods were very unorthodox but they work.

Sweetlarry
Buttermaker! Any coach (I assume from using their fine services) that could get Chico’s Bail Bonds to sponsor them And then lead his kids to the Astrodome is a fucking winner in My book. He got the best out Kelly, Tanner, Los Hermanos Agilar, Lil’ Timmy Lupus and Ahmad Abdul Rahim (salaam alachem). Buttermaker wins!

The Guru
Bud Kilmer "If you disobey me, I will bury you. I know about your scholarship to Brown." This guy was such a dick that Rush Propst spent the better part of the next two decades trying to emulate him. 1

The Guru
No, no. This movie came out in 1998. Rush Propst didn't become the head coach at Hoover until 1999 and wasn't infamous until 2005 when they were on MTV. He wanted to be Bud Kilmer.

Charlie Sheen had a great line about the actor, James Gammon, who played him. He said that this guy was such a legendary drinker that he would show up to the set in the morning with the bar top permanently attached to his forehead. 1

Those movies are classics. He (Gammon) looked like an alcoholic but a good kinda one. Lol.
