Not out with a fucking rifle at a political protest.... I've held and shot a gun before at 17 and even younger than that. Out hunting with my uncles. But there's a difference between being supervised while hunting and Unsupervised out and about in another state at a protest that you shouldn't have been at to begin with. Politics can drive people to do some crazy shit on both sides.... We've seen some Dumbass Democrats and some Down Right Stupid Republicans... Kyle has potentially ruined his own future... But aint no telling how this trial goes... I some how don't trust he'll get much of a punishment...
